Waited a few minutes to be seated. Fine. Two out of four went to the restroom and when I returned the waitress was taking drink orders. Two unsweet teas and the other person ordered sweet tea and a child's drink. We got three out of four drinks. The next table was seated after us and their order taken before the waitress came back to us. We ordered 2 for 22 and ordered cheese fries. Our friend ordered child's original chicken crispers and the waitress argued they didn't come that way. Just crispy nuggets or grilled. And she couldn't enter it into the computer as it was ordered. The order still came out wrong. Our food was room temp. The entire experience was horrible and we will not return nor will we ever recommend this location. Side note we heard the waitresses complaining about a waitress being sent home. Not the customer's fault!!!!
This is a review of all chili's. They used to be a staple. Ate there twice a week for over 15 years. Then about 5 years ago they changed their menu and took away all the sandwiches I liked. The food quality also went to a more fast food type of taste, not the home made taste they used to have.burgers are still pretty good but there are a million places I can get a better burger cheaper.
I wouldn't feed a dog this crappy corporate food. From the contrived decor to the uninspired, downtrodden staff, everything about Chili's is depressing. Among the few chains that are unaware that there are now more than three beer companies in the us.
Way too overpriced for what you get. The food isn't bad but it's not good enough to be so expensive.
Not good. My first chicken fried steak came with black beans in.it. The 2nd one was very rare and had a hair in it. Just couldn't eat it either. So I left hungry. Don't care to go back again
