If your vehicle has a problem George can and will fix it for a reasonable price and works ASAP. His office is nice and cool while you wait. Love the service and the reasonable price for the work done. George will tell you whether or not you can wait a few days to get it fixed -as I'm on a fixed budget it's sometimes difficult for me to add another bill to pay. My family has been a frequent customer of his since we have mostly less than new vehicles.
I was travelling through Atoka when my alternator died. I found George's just as my battery drained to zero, and I literally coasted into their parking lot with no power steering or power brakes. It being after 3 pm on a Friday afternoon, my family of 4 was facing a real possibility of being stranded for the weekend.
George's lot was full of other vehicles in line for repair before ours, including another traveler in a similar situation. It was clear they couldn't reasonably fit us into their schedule before they closed for the weekend. Nevertheless, George interrupted what he was working on to diagnose our problem, and his office staff bent over backwards to help us out. They called other repair shops in the area as well as a tow service to get our vehicle to a place that could help. They also shared their WiFi so that we could get information that we needed.
I was 271 miles from home with a car emergency. I was directed to Georges' Auto Repair Services by a local parts store. They were fast, courteous and reasonably priced. Was very happy with the service I received!! Thanks to them I made it home with out further incident!
They didn't have to help us, and they wouldn't accept a financial tip for all that they did for us. Though they didn't work on my car, George's saved us a lot of time and money.
While I went with the wrecker truck, one of George's staff drove 3 of my family members to the Walmart at the center of town so that they could be close to any amenities that they might need. My family said that, as she drove, she showed them places and gave them info they might need if we ended up having to stay for the weekend.
First I should say that I didn't get my car repaired here, but...
