Don't go late at night on the weekend. The person who took my husband's order was rude and mocked him for stuttering when he ordered. They also completely messed the order up. The meat was also extremely dry. Won't be back!
Tried to use a coupon to buy an ultimate club chicken sandwich and get the classic chicken sandwich for free. The coupon says "Buy one chicken sandwich at regular price, get one free." Nowhere on this coupon does it say you can't use it on the ultimate chicken club. It says you can't use it on a VALUE menu chicken sandwich or a wacky pack meals! The employees told us we can only use it on the "classic chicken sandwich." This store just lost money because we tried to buy a more expensive sandwich and get a cheaper one for "free" (we paid $5 for these coupons) instead of just buying a classic chicken sandwich and getting a classic for free. We will also not be back because the lady tried to act like we were dumb because apparently when a coupon from Sonic says "buy one chicken sandwich at regular price and get one Free" that only means the classic chicken sandwich. So why would the coupon even say it excludes value menu sandwiches? Why doesn't it also say it excludes every chicken sandwich except the classic chicken sandwich if that's what it means?
Quick friendly service. Food is of normal quality and what is expected for fast food.
all my order were wrong the chicken in the ultimate chicken combo was uncook (cold and hard) also the amount of time that this staff takes is bad never coming back to this location waste of time and money
